"Zia" Pendant

295.00

"Zia", This simple and meaningful design features an interpretation of a ancient symbol of the sun as found on a late 19th century water jar from the Zia Pueblo. Represents many things, but the one I like the most is the one of the Zia Pueblo's. It represents 4 sacred obligations, the development of a strong body, a clear mind, a pure spirit and devotion to the welfare of people/family. All of these things are bound together within the circle of life. Pretty awesome. Pendant is all sterling silver, with a Mexican Parrot Wing Chrysocolla Stone.  Approx size 2 1/2 inches from top of bail, by 2 1/4 inches wide at the widest part. Hangs from a 24 inch chain.
